On its Weibo account today, the company stated that the vivo X100 Ultra will be unveiled on May 13. Two new flagships, the X100s and X100s Pro, will also be unveiled at the event. The first will have a front panel and flat sides.
The phone’s memory combinations and colour possibilities are already visible on the company’s Chinese web store.
The camera configuration on the X100 Ultra is distinct from those of the other X100 smartphones. A senior executive claims that the phone would shine in five crucial scenarios with its flagship-caliber photography technologies:
- Fast cars can be captured with the micro-gimbal anti-shake telephoto lens.
- Among smartphones, the telephoto camera’s macro feature has the highest magnification rate (3.4:1).
- Images with no glare or reflections can be obtained with the dark light telephoto portrait option.
- Starlight in the night sky can also be captured with a telephoto lens.
- Users of the X100 Ultra with the vivo ISP will be able to capture clouds streaming and sunsets and sunrises thanks to Zeiss.
Compared to the Ultra, the X100s and X100s Pro are not as severely twased. They anticipate that these phones will sport a different chipset—the Dimensity 9300+—while maintaining specs that are comparable to those of the X100 and X100 Pro. Concurrently, the Ultra is probably going to include a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.
