Honour Verifies Magic 6 Phone’s Flagship Launch Date

Honour has officially verified all of the leaks and rumours regarding the Magic 6 launch date for its forthcoming flagship phone series. The Magic 6 series will make its Chinese debut on January 10th, according to the Chinese smartphone manufacturer.

The announcement is based on a teaser poster that also indicates the Magic OS 8.0 from Honour will be released concurrently with the Magic 6 series. Regarding the Magic 6 phone series, it is anticipated that the Magic 6 Porsche Design, Magic 6 Pro, and Magic 6 will be available. These are expected to be the first phones in 2024 to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Honour is anticipated to become the second Chinese phone company to offer two-way satellite communication on its phones, while Huawei is now the only one. Honour has not made any public announcements on the Magic 6 series, except from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Magic OS 8.0.

The dazzling 50MP Sony LYT-900 one-inch camera sensor is about to be adopted by a number of other smartphone brands, including as Oppo, Xiaomi, and Vivo, but the Honour Magic 6 series is already setting the standard with a possible one-inch, 50MP OmniVision OV50K primary camera.

The Magic 6 and Magic 6 Pro models are expected to allow cable charging at 66W and 100W, respectively, in terms of charging capacities. It might be improved upon by the Pro version, which offers a 50W wireless charging option.

Furthermore, Honour has formally acknowledged its partnership with the prestigious Porsche Design studio, raising the intriguing possibility of a high-end version of the Magic 6 series that may be called the Magic 6 Porsche Design. This partnership may bring a number of distinctive and luxurious features that will increase the smartphone’s allure.
