The One UI 6 Update For The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus Is Based On Android 14

Owners of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus are receiving the Android 14 goodies early from Samsung. The upgrade gives the tablet a new look and additional functions. It is based on One UI 6.

The update is currently only accessible in Australia and Turkey, but it will probably soon expand to additional countries. After installation, your Tab S9 FE Plus will be running the November 2023 security patch with software version X610XXU1BWK9 / X610OJM1BWKA. The download should take about 2GB.

Among the new features in this version is a redesigned DeX mode that combines the well-known One UI with the classic DeX experience (via GSMArena). For people who want to use their tablets as computers, this should provide them with greater flexibility. For simpler access to settings, the control panel has also been overhauled.

Even in the fortunate launch territories, the Tab S9 FE+ rollout may take several days to reach everyone, much like any other over-the-air upgrade. Therefore, if you haven’t received the notification yet, don’t worry. However, with 2024 rapidly approaching, perhaps you’ll be able to use Android 14 on your Tab S9 FE+ soon.

This October, Samsung released the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. It has a 12.4-inch IPS LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels. An Exynos 1380 SoC, with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, powers the gadget.

The tablet features two cameras on its back: a 12MP selfie camera and an 8MP wide and 8MP ultrawide lens. AKG-tuned stereo speakers are provided for audio. A 10090mAh battery that supports 45W rapid charging powers the gadget.
