Vivo X Fold 3 Pro’s Leaked Specifications Show A Potent Chipset And A Large Battery

Both Vivo and Oppo will keep releasing new foldable smartphones for the foreseeable future, despite rumours that they are exiting the foldables business. While Vivo appears to be sending a stronger statement with the X Fold 3 Pro, Oppo has already responded to similar accusations.

The X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro are the two foldable smartphones that the Chinese business currently has in development. Both are expected to make their formal debut in China later this month, although possibly sooner rather than later.

The X Fold 3 Pro is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s most recent Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU, according to earlier rumours. Over the weekend, trustworthy leaker Digital Chat Station confirmed that the information is true (via PlayfulDroid).

Furthermore, according to DCS, Vivo’s next X Fold 3 Pro will include an 8.03-inch folding OLED display (2408 x 2200 pixels) in addition to a 6.53-inch OLED cover panel (2748 x 1172 pixels).

The vivo X Fold 3 Pro is expected to come equipped with a powerful 50-megapixel main camera (OmniVision OV50H sensor) with OIS (optical image stabilisation), a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and an OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. This is based on the unchanged information regarding the phone’s camera.

It is reported that the potent Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor would come with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, however lower memory variants will also be available. It is said that the sizable 5,800 mAh battery supports both 50W wireless charging and 120W wired charging.

Additional specifications disclosed by the DCS include twin speakers, water resistance, glass back, IR blaster, and in-display fingerprint scanners for both displays.
