Honour Introduces The Incredibly Thin, Foldable Magic V2 Phone In Europe

The incredibly thin foldable smartphone from Honour, the Magic V2, which debuted in China in July 2023, is now accessible in Europe.

Despite the lengthy wait, the Magic V2 still holds the title of being the thinnest inward-folding smartphone in the world, measuring just 4.7 millimetres when unfurled and 9.9 millimetres when folded. Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 5, in contrast, has dimensions of 13.4 millimetres when folded and 6.1 millimetres when unfurled.

Honour was able to accomplish this by utilising a new generation silicon-carbon twin battery, with an average thickness of just 2.72 millimetres and a capacity of 5,000 mAh.

The remaining specifications are also excellent. A 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 20-megapixel telephoto camera comprise the triple camera system on the rear. On the front, there are also two 16-megapixel cameras.

The 7.92-inch OLED display has a resolution of 2,156×2,344 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a brightness of 1600 nits. It is paired with a 6.43-inch OLED cover display that has a resolution of 2,060×2,376 pixels and a brightness of 2500 nits.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 16GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage power the Magic V2.

A dual speaker system, a fingerprint scanner positioned on the side, and 66W wired charging are among the other noteworthy features.
