Henry Colin Wright is a singer-songwriter and social media star from Essex in the UK. He was born In Colchester on the 16th October 2003 which currently makes him 17 years old. His first taste of music came 3 years ago at 14 year’s old when he decided to use some inspiration from all the songs he was listening to throughout his childhood and start writing some of his own lyrics, despite never having wrote song’s before. What started out as a small hobby, very quickly became much more than that as it turned into one of Henry’s main passions and interests. It was around that time that he started singings lessons as well to help him control his vocals and breathing better while singing. Skip forward to just over a year and a half later in February 2020 Henry decided to release his first ever song “Gravity” which was exclusive to his YouTube channel, and to this day still is only on YouTube. This is because Henry doesn’t want to upload it to all the other streaming platforms that he puts his other songs are on now a days, as it was recorded just from the camera roll of his old phone so there for doesn’t sound too professional.
Since February Henry has released three official songs that are on all streaming platforms which are “Here for you ”, “Lonely inside” and “Together we are stronger” Henry has also said in multiple interviews in the past that he looks to write and release many more songs in the near future. When Henry releases his songs he doesn’t just put them on all streaming platforms, he also puts them on his official YouTube artist channel “Henry Colin Wright” which has multiple thousands of subscribers, and he often makes videos for his TikTok page which has over 170,000 followers and uses his own music as the background sound. This account has had over 25,000,000 views over the last 12 months.
Henry seems to want to make it to the big leagues one day and his said in many public interviews that for now his just going to keep his head down, work hard and stay focused, so we expect to here his name many more times in the near future.
