Infinix GT 20 Pro: 108 MP Camera, 144 Hz AMOLED Display, Dimming 8200

With phones like the Infinix Note 30, Infinix is progressively making a bigger impact on the European smartphone scene. Presenting now is an intriguing gaming smartphone from the maker featuring an LED ring on the rear and an eye-catching “cyber mecha design” typical of gaming.

Infinix uses the MediaTek Dimensity 8200, which has four ARM Cortex-A78 performance cores with clock rates of up to 3.1 GHz and four Cortex-A55 efficiency cores at 2.0 GHz, to achieve a good price-performance ratio. To speed up response times, the maker has also added a separate display controller. In addition to turning off alerts, the software’s e-sports mode enhances performance by cutting down on background activity.

The 6.78-inch, 144 Hz AMOLED display can support a 360 Hz touch sampling rate and has a resolution of 2,436 x 1,080 pixels. It also reaches a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. The fingerprint sensor is hidden beneath the screen. The 108 MP f/1.75 main camera and two 2 MP sensors are situated on the rear of the rectangular camera module, while the 32 MP f/2.2 selfie camera is positioned in the centre punch-hole. Up to 45 watts of USB-C power can be used to charge the 5,000 mAh battery. Because of its IP54 certification, the case is shielded from water splashes.
