How to have the best diet for losing weight? According to Mahdi Farshidinasab, a famous Iranian bodybuilder and fitness trainer

Many people ask about how to have the best diet to lose weight. To answer this, I should say although there are various types of diets, finding the best one is challenging. Beyond that, there is no diet suitable for all so I’m afraid you cannot trust your friend or relatives’ experiences on this matter. The best diet for you is the one that is specifically organized base on your lifestyle and physiology.

Most of the diets for rapid weight loss are compressed and not sustainable because they exert a lot of pressure on you. Also, diets that promise considerable weight loss are often not sustainable and you can’t follow them for the long term. After the weight loss phase, people usually return to their previous lifestyle and eat more than ever so they gain weight again. Any diet that is much different from your basics and body requirements is not suitable for you and you can’t be committed to it for a long time.

Some of the diets aim to protect your health and gradually decrease your weight, but some other diet merely focusses on weight loss.

It is important to note that all of us are unique and we are different in sanitation and lifestyle which affects our diets. This means that you shouldn’t follow the diet of your friend, colleague, and even family members, you must have an accurate perspective to find the best diet for losing weight. An appropriate diet should be designed base on your lifestyle and consider your daily physical activities. Sometimes a diet is effective with excellent results for some people while it has no effects on others.

Many diets for losing weight avoid eating many food groups which lead to nutrient deficiency and unrelievable issues in your health. For example, if your diet contains low carbohydrate consumption and you have type 1 or 2 diabetes, your diet is probably not appropriate, or if your diet is so limited while you are in pregnancy or breastfeeding period, absolutely you don’t have the best diet. Remember that during pregnancy, it is not a good time to lose weight. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, before changing your diet, consult your GP or a nutritionist.
