Increasing daily orders to 500 is the goal, say ShopValley founders, Shivansh Sharma and Sumit Rajput

Launched in October 2017, ShopValley has emerged as one of the most popular e-comemrce websites in the country and its founders, Shivansh Sharma and Shivam Rajput, are ready to take their beloved company to the next level in the coming years.

What is ShopValley?

ShopValley is an online platform where you can buy a wide range of jewelry and accessory pieces. but that’s not all there is to it. You might ask, what is the difference between this company and thousands of others jewelry stores online. Well – the difference is, this company makes some of the most unique pieces you will ever see.

Their jewelry and accessory pieces are made of materials that glow in the dark. They are an absolute must for a fashionista, and if you are bold with boring old plain jewelry, you must check out their range of quirky bracelets, unique key chains, and lovely necklaces.

The beginning of ShopValley

As mentioned before, and the company was founded in 2017 by two young entrepreneurs. Both shivansh and sumit knew that they would have to do something different from the tried and trusted path to make a mark in this supremely competitive market. That is why, they decided to tap into this previously unknown niche of unique jewelry and accessories.

Gaining success

In order to grow their brand into the success that it is today, they used targeted marketing tactics. They curated a number of posts and videos and used sponsored advertisements on facebook, instagram, and other social media websites to reach their target audience. All these platforms helped ShopValley become the success it is today and read the spot of the top jewelry store in India.

Facing the challenges

Having said that, reaching this spot was not easy for the brand. There were several challenges along the way. For one, the young entrepreneurs knew that they would have to gain their trust of their customers. They did this by ensuring that the quality of their products and services is completely flawless. This also made sure that every single one of their customers returned to place even more orders after their initial purchase.

They also faced a number of problems during the initial phase when it came to returns on cash on delivery orders. If their customers were not available, their orders would be sent back and they would have to ship them again. This obviously resulted in a lot of wastage of money, not to mention the nuisance it created. They decided to solve this problem by asking their delivery partner to make a call before they went to deliver the order, calling it the order confirmation call. This helped reduce the number of returns on COD orders.

Future plans

Having been in business for three years now, ShopValley is now in an unshakeable position in the market. According to its founders, the brand receives over 200 orders every day and ever since their inception, they have shipped out more than 100,000 orders. Shivansh and Sumit want to grow this number to 200 orders every day in the next few years and they are working hard to achieve this goal.
