Honour 90 GT Expected To Accompany Magic6 Pro as A smartphone In 2023–2024

Given the push by other OEMs to outdo it with rivals powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, Honor’s reluctance to announce a debut date for its whole Magic6 series is a little surprising. However, there is evidence to suggest that the catastrophe will actually occur sooner rather than later.

Rumours that one of the new flagships getting approved to make an official debut shortly have been sparked by the arrival of a new Honour model number on official regulatory databases. Given that it is the most recent “satellite mobile terminal” (with 5G) to show up in the MIIT database, the BVL-AN16 is thought to be a successor to the Magic5 Pro.

Recently, the identical device—which shares the Magic5 Ultimate Edition’s 100W wired charging—appears in a new 3C listing. It is therefore much more shocking that Honour may soon launch a new mid-range smartphone.

Despite being a last-generation device, it is claimed to be a variation of the 90. However, the “GT” may be a welcome addition as it finally does away with the series’ propensity to divide its camera hump into two designs that are frequently highly subjective in terms of aesthetics. On the other hand, this “new Honour smartphone” adopts a deep navy background with new gold highlights, giving it an appearance more reminiscent of a traffic light.

As a result, in late 2023 or early 2024, this “Honour 90 GT” and Magic6 series may be made available simultaneously.
