OnePlus Nord 30 SE 5G Surfaces On Geekbench: TUV Certification Raises The Suggestion Of Possibly Rebranding

The Helio G35 chipset-equipped OnePlus Nord 20 SE 5G was introduced by OnePlus in August of 2022. Although the company did not release a phone under the Nord SE brand in 2023, it looks as though the new model would be unveiled soon. The OnePlus Nord 30 SE 5G, which was observed at the UAE’s TDRA certification a few months ago, is the cause of it. It has now been discovered on Geekbench. The device’s chipset, RAM, and Android version are all listed on Geekbench, which raises the possibility that the business is internally testing the product before making a public announcement. Furthermore, TUV certification was just granted to it.

OnePlus Nord 30 SE observed at TUV and Geekbench

Recall that in October 2023, the OnePlus Nord 30 SE 5G model number CPH2605 first surfaced in the TDRA certification database. Now, the identical gadget, seemingly sporting the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset, has surfaced on Geekbench. Recall that the new model will have 5G connectivity, while the previous model was a 4G gadget.

Its D6020 chip is a good indicator that it will be among OnePlus’ most reasonably priced 5G phones. In addition, the One Nord 30 SE 5G Geekbench listing indicates that it runs Android 13 and has 4 GB of RAM. It received a score of 703 on Geekbench’s single-core test and 1781 on the multi-core test.

A few months earlier, the OnePlus Nord 30 SE 5G was also listed in the TUV certification platform’s database. Its 4,880mAh rated battery, as disclosed in the listing, implies that its usual capacity may be 5,000mAh. Furthermore, the certification indicates that 33W rapid charging will be supported. Regretfully, no information regarding the device’s other specifications is available.

As you may remember, the Oppo A77 was renamed as the OnePlus Nord 20 SE. It is possible that the Oppo A79 5G, which was unveiled in October 2023, is what the Nord 30 SE 5G is simply a renamed version of.
