She is an established model and an actress. She has worked in films – Isn’t It Romantic (2019) and An American Pickle (2020). She has an influential online presence on her Instagram and Tik Tok handles. Her influence on her followers has grabbed several brand’s attention worldwide. Her charismatic personality and confidence before the camera got her featured on billboards and popular endorsements. She has always used her influence to help and empower people.
 
Her benevolence encouraged her to run for Miss New York title. She utilized this campaign to raise awareness on the pressing issue of childhood cancer. As Austin shares, “I wanted to create a platform that helps me grow as an individual. I wish to use my talent and opportunities to support people around me, in every way I can.” Austin currently studies sports Journalism at Hofstra University. Her interest in sports began at an early age. Austin and her brother started playing tennis at the age of 4. She developed an interest in the sport and kept learning. Austin never wanted to pursue her life as a full-time athlete. Her knowledge regarding the sports field presented her with a new scope of contributing to the world.
 
Austin is already famous for her diverse roles. The latest feather in her cap is the position of a successful sports journalist. Austin says, “Some people are envious. It is because they think I have achieved a successful career at an early age. They seldom know, I have just started. I am so happy with the outcome of my latest venture. I have lots of ideas to put to practice.” 
 
Amidst the global pandemic, several lost their jobs, and many treated it as a vacation. Emily Austin stopped receiving outdoor projects but not for once did she feel bogged down. Her confident self had an idea of putting together a platform for athletes. She started the show, ‘Daily Vibes With’ during the lockdown. This IGTV show has received an overwhelming response from the viewers. She brings to her audience a fresh insight into the players’ lives. She has interviewed several NBA players so far, including Carlos Boozer and Immanuel Quickley.
